Meet the Mom Behind the Method

Hi, I'm Caroline Harris — and I'll be honest with you. I didn't build The Character Method because I had it all figured out. I built it because I believe with everything I have that character, confidence, and grace are skills every child deserves to be taught — not just expected to know.

I'm a Certified Etiquette Consultant, a former Division I NCAA scholarship athlete, and the founder of The Character Method. Before this, I co-founded Kid-Tillion and Kid-Tillion Collegiate — hands-on etiquette programs that taught me one thing very clearly: kids don't lack the desire to do things well. They just need someone to show them how.

As a mom and a woman of faith, I believe that raising a child who knows how to walk into any room with confidence, grace, and genuine kindness is one of the greatest gifts we can give them. Not perfection. Not performance. Just a solid foundation — the kind that lasts.

The Etiquette Method was born from that belief. It is designed specifically for homeschool families who are already doing the hard work of teaching everything — and just need one more tool in their belt for the life skills that matter just as much as long division.
